Tuscan Style House – a luxurious getaway at home

Nestled within the exclusive development by Four Seasons Orlando Resort in Florida, the six-bedroom dwelling was envisioned to be a home away from home. With a whitewashed vaulted and beamed ceiling, as well as a wall of multi-pane picture windows, the interior is airy and inviting, though the exterior of the home is relatively unassuming. With 22,000 square feet, this residential project marks the first for VSHD Design in the United States.

All White Interior Design: Shadow Box residence bleached out space nails the look

Minimal and boxy in presence, this three-storey residence stuck out amidst its placid suburban surrounding with its all white interior design concept. The other peculiarity is, the house has only a single horizontal strip window to the outside. Canadian-based Architect Johnson Chou envisioned the all white house as an instrument for the appreciation of the profound ephemerality of time. Its all-white interior is the perfect canvas to capture shadows on the walls and floor, as light passes through the narrow window throughout the day.

Dog-friendly Mungzip guesthouse has always been the client’s dream, who often had trouble with finding good stay for her and her dogs while traveling.  She wanted to call it. The beautiful location, their bravery in breaking social conventions, and the unique opportunity to create a “special guesthouse for dog lovers” fascinated the architects at YOAP.
