Located at Serangoon Gardens, this semi-detached house is a celebration of modern lifestyle. With a façade that showcases clear glass panels and straight-cut elements, the home welcomes you into subtle luxury. Using a palette of neutral greys, black and white, the living area is sleek and sophisticated with contemporary appeal. Whilst full glass panelled doors, accentuate the height of the space and lend it grandeur, the sofas and chairs in cool tones of grey fabric imbue it with a touch of homely comfort.
On the upper floors, the design takes on a resort-inspired interior. The ability to transition from modern to resort-inspired is what makes this design interesting. This is well-played with the simple use of a wooden sliding door on the second floor. Passing through it, there is a sense of entering into a new world, at once mysterious and alluring.
With a contemporary living area and a cosy resort-inspired interior for the upper floors, the home portrays a great blend of two concepts. Not only is this an exciting mix, it also helps old furniture to blend seamlessly.
